Payment Terms

To ensure smooth order processing, the following payment terms generally apply:

Standard Orders

• 50% Advance Payment upon order confirmation

• 50% Balance Payment before shipment dispatch

Large Volume Orders

For qualified buyers and approved transactions, alternative payment arrangements such as Letters of Credit (LC) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Export Terms

Buyer arranges pickup directly from our workshop or warehouse.

FOB (Free on Board)

Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders

Due to the custom and large-volume nature of wholesale transactions:

• Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable.

• Refunds are not available once goods have been produced or shipped.

• Damage claims related to transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs.

• Where applicable, claims for insured shipments will be processed through the shipping insurance provider.
